Our Refunds & Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellations of activities booked on our site (https://stopby.us) should be initiated at least two weeks (14 calendar days) prior to the booked time.
The reason for the early cancellation process is due to the fact, that all our attractions are pre-paid to our partner subcontractors, who provide the activities and their policy is non-refundable.
You can request a cancellation by simply sending us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, order number, activity date and time. The reason for cancellation is optional and not required. We will get back you asap!
All refunds will be processed in a few working days after the request for cancellation has been received by our team and if it complies with the above-mentioned rule.
All refunds will be wired back to the original payment method of choice of the client. For instance, if you have used a debit/credit card, the payment will be refunded there.
